Elizabeth Gillies

Gillies started her career in the field of acting when she was just 12 years old when she began attending public castings within the community. Her professional career as an actor began early when she started attending the local open casting call. Gillies' first television role was as a recurring character on three seasons on The Black Donnellys. The parents of her did not permit her to view the entire show because they felt that it wasn't suitable for their children. [citation required] She had small roles in The Clique Harold as well as Locker 504 between 2008 and 2009. The summer of 2008, she was also cast in the role of Lucy in the Goodspeed stage production of Robert Brown's brand new musical 13 along with her future Victorious co-star, Ariana Grande. In the following year it was the year that the Broadway version of 13 was out, and became the first Broadway show with all cast members comprised of teenagers. She received the two big number "Opportunity" as well as "It It's Not True" in addition to smaller roles of other numbers, including the "title" song, "Hey Kendra" and "Getting Ready". Gillies worked with the show until it was ended on January 4th, 2009. Elizabeth Elizabeth Elizabeth
