Hilary Swank

Hilary Swank was an American actress that won awards for her performances in films such as "Boys Don't Cry" and "Million Dollar Baby". As the recipient of an Academy Award for Best Actress twice, this gifted actress is able to experimentation with roles and doesn't shy away acting in characters that are not glamorous. At the age of 8, her interest in becoming an actor was evident. Her childhood was difficult and was a victim of poverty and her life is an excellent illustration of how to overcome obstacles in life with hard work and determination in order to attain great success.
